Scam on 11/11/2010 12:55 am
Real pictures of a real soldier in his uniform, with his buddies, with his son have been sent to me identifying the man in the pictures as Alfred Lingo an E-6 sergeant stationed at Al Taji Army Airfield. It's a scam; some of the pictures I've been sent I have actually found on google under US Army Irag etc. The more personal pictures of this man in his uniform and with his son have somehow been stolen. His photo identity is being used to perpetrate a scam. In what appears to be a more recent picture of this man he is wearing what I think is called the Desert camouflage uniform and he has the infantry 1 patch on both his Rt. and Lt. shoulders. The tab patch indicates that he is a warrant officer 3rd class; if I have identified it correctly. Can any of you suggest where I might send these pictures so that the man in them can be identified and hopefully notified that his photo identity has been stolen.
