| | I've came down on orders for fort stewart and i have heard some really bad things about the area and the post. If anyone can fill me in and give me some truth in the matter i would really appreciate it. If it is as bad as i have heard i will just get the BC to make a call and he will get me out of it so the quicker the better. TNX

| | Try to get Hunter AAF it is part of Ft Stewart, Savannah is a real nice place. Been here for 7 years.

| | Been there 5 yrs... Not a bad area at all...Now as for the DIV that's another story...the surrounding area is nice and Atlanta is only 3 1/2 hrs away and you've got Jacksonville not far away and the beach...lots of nice places to visit...The training is hot and long....

| | I agree, I've been at Stewart for just over two years..well..7 months of it in afghanistan so far lol..but still...i love the area. its close to several different beaches. some parts of Hinesville are kinda sketchy..but nowhere is perfect. Huner AAF is very nice down in savannah. much aggreed with the SSG. Hope you end up likin it.
