The truth of the matter is, If you dont have pictures, a confession, or a third party witness that physically SAW or WITNESSED he commiting the act of adultry, It is heresay and not admisable. If he is corresponding with her via email or letters, he may be subject to UCMJ (if there is enough evidence) under Art 134.
Contact the appropriate agencys (ACS, Social Services, Chaplain, etc.) to help you with marital problems. They can offer alot of help in the area.
