I am a military supporter due to family military backgrounds. I am looking for families dealing with loss of limbs in the Denver area.
My son is also a supporter and wanted to be a Marine but due to circumstances did not make it. He is 38 now with 5 sons.
Yesterday Jeff, my son, had his leg amputated mid calf. It was very tramatizing as you well know. It has devastated the family.
My question is, is there anyone in the Denver area that could visit him and his family? They are in great need of support and talking to a family that is or has dealt with their loss, could be a blessing.
I, his mother am concerned about his mental health. He had an accident 7 yrs ago and it has finally come down to this. He went to surgery putting it off as long as possible. Jeff is 38 and has a long life ahead of him. I am out of state and this is the only way I know to help him, besides pray.
We are Born again Believers but when you are in it, it is hard to see the other side. I know God has great plans for him. Is there anyone out there interested in helping fellow man?
Thank you so much for your time. KIM
