| | I am not affiliated with the military but my infant daughter is. Her dad is a Marine serving overseas right now. He is (supposedly) getting her on Tricare. Now, I know she will be on Tricare Standard which means there will be copays and possible balances with visits and such. My question is, would any bills from dr. visits go to him or me? (We are not married)

| | Tri care standard is still a good deal! It has low copays! Tri care prime is a certain percentage of the visit is the copay which is better to a point, because you don't pay the day of the visit, but honestly I prefer paying the day of the visit rather than getting the bill and having to mail it in. Sorry can't help you with the part about his responsibility but Tri care is amazing either way! I can get you help if needed I think just let me know!

| | Tri Care is pretty good about a lot of things...the only flaw to Tri Care is that it doesn't have any Long Term Care or Short Term Care packages for retirees. If they'd add those, then it'd be pretty much awesome.

| | I was just told that our daughter would be on Tri Care Standard for only 30 days and then it would be Tri Care Prime. Any truth to that since I am not married to him?
