I broke tradition and served in the Marines (75 - 81).
My two younger brothers also served in the Marine Corps.

| | As the oldest in my family I enlisted first in the Utah Army National Guard in 2003, I went to Iraq and now work fulltime AGR as a E5.
Just before my next brother Brent who enlisted a few months after me went throught the ROTC program at BYU and is now a 1LT.
Next brother Bryan enlisted in the Utah Army National Guard in 2004 while he in the ROTC program, he is now 2LT active duty army.
Next brother Derek enlisted in the Arizona Army National Guard in 2006 and works fulltime AGR as a E4.
Next brother Devin enlisted in the Utah Army National Guard in 2006 and is a E4 .
Next brother Travis enlisted in the Utah Army Guard in 2008 and will go to basic training this summer.
Two of my uncles Dave and James served in the Air Force while going through medical school, both retired as Majors.
Uncle Paul served in Army MI after being drafted during Vietnam War.
Grandfather Benjamin served as Army Psychiatrist during WWII

| | My grandfather in WWII I believe, the other in Korean. One uncle around Vietnam time. The other uncle got full scholarship to Harvard from Harvard, was translator in Germany, and made security plans for 2 presidents and knew them in person. He later worked in Pentagon during 911 attacks. Apparently he made silly money. Honestly couldn't tell you what that is. lol

| | My birth mother and father were in the Army in the 80's. My adoptive mother and birth mother met while at Basic Training together. I was born on Ft. Lewis. The Army is pretty much in my blood.

| | My Dad was a Green Beret, my Step Dad was an AP in the Air Force, 1 of my brothers is a Marine & another brother is a Navy Corpsman. The Marine Corps messed up & stationed me & my brother together in the exact same Comm shop in Okinawa, Japan. The Gunny who was the Com Chief knew better then to deploy us together, so he took turns sending us places. We got to be together for at least 8 months before he rotated back to the States.

| | My father served in the Army as a tank driver and got a purple heart and a chest full of medals and ribbons.
My cousin served in the Air Force as a plane mech and decided he wasnt being all he could be and joined the Army as a grunt. He did a tour in Kuwait and two in Somalia. He also got the purple heart.

| | my grandfather did 8 years in the air force back in WWII. he was stationed at RAF Lakenheath just like i was when i was an airman! my father did his 20 in the marines and pretty much was involved in every single skirmish in the 90's.
