View Inbox

Why can I not view messages in my inbox? I am getting emails telling me I have new messages and I can see a number next to my inbox indicating that I have unread messages, but I can not view them. Please help.

I'm guessing when you dd clicked it still didn't work? I don't have any PM but I went to my inbox and dd clicked the envelope icon and it worked for me. It just said I didn't have any messages.
