Anyone Having any Fun At BRAGG...????

There has to be something fun to DO here at Bragg...

Does anyone like to go down to Myrtle Beach to the Big swing on the beach front and I was told about the North Carolina Shore to Camp? Does anyone on here go that way?

After 5 years at Bragg, I came to the following conclusion. Bragg itself is ok, HOWEVER, Fayetteville, Spring Lake, Hope Mills, and every other place near it sucks. Best of luck to you. Your best bet is to suck it up and drive to Raleigh or Charlotte. Is the Big Apple still open over on Yadkin?

Yeah the big apple is still open and there really isn't much to do around her. Bars strip clubs but those aren't that fun. I would agree Raleigh is your best bet and don't go to the movie theaters around here they are over priced and are in some bad condition

Go over to Pine Hurst.. Wealthy party girls and they love to party. Atleast they did from 99' to 2004'. Or go to Myrtle Beach and get drunk and try to run on the marble ball out side of "Ripleys believe it or not" museum. All else fails buy a case and go fishing out at Mott lake, can't go wroong there.

Go to Sharkey's and have a beer and look at some women...then go to Secrets and look at some women....the go to Bikini's and look at some women...and cap it off at Hooter have a beer, wings and look at some women...in the morning go puke as you run nasty nick....enjoy!!!

Eh, I mostly keep to myself. I have my internet, my video games, I buy movies...but I've been to Emerald Isle, Wilmington, and Myrtle Beach. If you have to go out somewhere and the weather's still good, I recommend those places.

I was stationed at Bragg from '96-'99. Being a 19 y/o Private fresh out of jump school and being assigned to a special forces unit made Bragg a great assignment. Plenty of jumps, awesome training and lots of deployments down range. "Fayettenam" was okay. I usually went to the movies or hung out at the mall. But I would frequent Raleigh or Durham. Sometimes went to Charlotte or towards Camp Lejune where I had some Marine buddies and family.

Last time I was there was back in '07 to visit friends. Now that I'm back on active duty, I wouldn't mind getting stationed there again. I'm sure a lot has changed, and I'm not that 19 y/o Private anymore. There are a lot of opportunities I'd take advantage of now if I had the chance.
