USAF waiver time!

i went to meps a little over 4 weeks ago and got a 74 on asvab and did perfectly on my physical. except i could not duck walk. i called my recruiter 4 weeks ago and he said he will call me when it comes in, but for no0w he said it is at the surgeon genrals office. I was curious and was wondering what is the longest anyone had to wait for a waiver like this. I can do the duck walk now since ive been practicing.

also i was in a dead tie between choosing air force and navy. how long should i wait before i check out the navy, or can i also request a navy waiver then just choose which 1 i want? or if i get an AF and decide to go navy can i do that?

My friend i is a recruiter out here in FL and its how fast in he wants to push it through in most cases but not all cases. 4 weeks seems really long for a waiver or for them to resend you through. Unless it there is a time you half to wait. before you can go through meps again. I would def check on it.

As for the other part of your question know that have been in meps through the Air Force I beleave that your almost stuck with the branch that put you in there unlesss your DQ from that branch under one of there rules. But i would def get on your recruiter about it to make sure this is just stuff I hear the recruiters talk about so dont take it to the bank with out checking on it first.
