Ever wished you could get American TV abroad?

Just trying out the slingbox, and two of my brothers can log into it and watch all the channels I subscribe to..yes, they can change the channels, record their fav tv shows, etc...all on their laptops...while they are deployed. (have one in China, and one in Iraq). Wish we had this when I was growing up in Europe ~ we didn't even get AFN!!! Just wondering if anyone out there has tried one of these boxes? So far, it's awesome.

I use slingbox too! a2btv host it for me and i just love it! I'm deployed in Kuwait and my friend in Korea have it too! My streaming is good coz they let me connect to their proxy network. I get to have Time Warner cable i have all the major tv shows! Recording is awesome! My slingbox keeps me sane.
