| | Hi Liz,
My name is Judy Brancato, I am one of John's sisters. My sister was on the internet and googled John's name and was shocked when she saw your message. We did not know our brother had any children, so naturally we have alot of questions as well.
Feel free to get back to me.
Judy Brancato

| | Hello Liz & Judy,
I knew John. I was with him when he died. I was the gunner and he was in my machine gun team. I happened to find this post by you just by fluke. I can be contacted via email w4qv@cfl.rr.com. I can probably direct you to a lot of contacts that knew John and probably have several pictures of him as well.

| | Hello Liz and Judy, I just found out about John's existence this morning while working on my family tree. I have the entire Brancato, Macaluso, Guzzardo Family tree on ancestry.com. I am so sorry for your loss but hope there has been a happy reunion. You can contact me at candtnykiel@comcast.net. A distant cousin, Connie Corso Nykiel

| | Hi Judy and Liz,
My name is Jim Andrulewicz. I went through all of my training with John, from bootcamp through machine gun school. When John got to Vietnam he was assigned to Mike Co. I arrived there a few days later and was assigned to Lima Co. 3/5. We finally ran into each other, and when we could, we would catch up on things. I was really devastated to learn of his death. I was able to attend his memorial service from Mike Co. I grew up in Willow Springs and just recently found out where he is buried. I hope you don't mind but I placed a wreath at his grave this past fall and visit when I can. Each of the companies in 3/5 have a memorial website but John's name was never listed on Mike Co's. This bothered me a great deal and after doing some research I was able to prove to the webpage moderator that John was in fact a member of Mike Co. Now that his name is listed, I feel that he has finally come home. He was a good friend and Marine, and I'll always miss him. If you would like to contact me for any reason, my email is jim14933@comcast.net
Always,
Semper Fi
