Does anyone have the outstanding Volunteer servious medal?

Does anyone out their have the outstanding volunteer service medal, if so what did you do to get it (I know volunteer) , but for what and how long? Need to know my rack is sorry at best!

Here's my best advice. There's no real hard-and-fast rule for the award.
