| | hello...I am new to the forum and have a friend stationed in Afghanistan as a contract worker on Camp Mike Spann. I have not heard from them in a while and was looking for anyone who knows what its like on the base..I just want a feel of what it's like on the base etc. Can anyone help with this? Pictures or anything would be great!!

| | Uhmm yeah you shouldn't worry at all because the contractor's are taken care of much better than our own soldiers, so congratulate your friend on getting paid 4 times more than what the military soldier doing the exact same job is getting paid.
