Many of you have brought over your skills from using MySpace here to
MAF. Keep doing that. It's cool watching the membership grow here at MAF. The creators are doing some kick ass stuff to make this site kick more ass too. The newest addition, the
Forums section, hopefully picks up soon. I notice there are quite a few categories, so that may be a reason for the lack of participation right now... guess some of us can't decide on where to post our topic in the forums. No worries, just post it. It's the only we'll get some activity going on around here.
I've been looking around
MAF(aka MyArmedForces.com) and noticed some of you have some great looking profile pages. From custom wallpapers to crazy looking photos I can see many of you have a great sense of creativity. Me, on the other hand, let's just say coding is not my strength.
Let's see who has the best looking Profile Page on
MyArmedForces. Um, we'll call it "The Top 5 Best Profile Page Designs". This isn't anything official or high speed. I just want to see if there are any profiles out there that I haven't seen that are kick ass, so if you think your profile fits the bill, go to [color=#CC0000]

Matter of fact, let's lay some rules down real quick just to make sure we keep a little bit of organization/structure to this.
Ok, here are the Official Rules for the Unofficial Top 5 Best Profile Page Designs:
1. Your profile design has to be in good taste. So to help determine if yours is in good taste, think about this... Would you want your mom to see it? If so, then you're probably safe to submit your profile.
[color=#CC0000]I know... I know... some of you have some crazy moms. Hey, no worries. Just submit your profile if you think it kicks ass. We'll let everyone make their own decision.[/color]
2. It has to be in
NO LATER THAN 15 AUG 06, so that gives everyone an entire week to pimp your Profile Page up.
3. Have fun with your designs.
That's about it... not really many rules, so let's see what you all have.[color=#CC0000]
By the way... mine sucks, so I won't even try to claim. I suck at coding and I never really got into the whole MySpace thing. Anyway, let's see what you got.[/color]
Oh, I almost forgot. Here's how we'll detemine the Top 5:
[b]1. On 15 AUG 06[/b] I'll come up with a list of all the submissions. No later than
17 AUG, I'll post every submission so we can all take a look at them.
2. All you will have to do is leave a comment(or something similiar... I'll have details for you to follow) with your Top 5 picks.
3. We'll leave the list open for judging for approx. 5 days.
4. After the 5th day, I'll gather the nominations and shortly after I'll post the winners.
That's it. If anyone has any ideas or suggestions to make this more challenging, let me know.
