Having a great Realtor can assist in making your transition a little easier. As a military spouse, I know first-hand the stresses of finding a new home. It is by far, the biggest issue of relocation. A good realtor can help with you search prior to your move and if all works well you may be able to time things so that you have a home waiting for you upon your arrival. I currently serve the Ventura County real estate market which is home to Port Hueneme & Point Mugu however if you need a referral to a military specialist in another area please ask and I will find one for you. It is vital that the realtor you choose to assist you know how to servie military clients as there are a few more options available to service members than general members of the public.
