Ft Bragg Car Scene?

If any one form bragg Could tell me How the car scene is At Bragg? ie. Cars mostly ricey or legit? Gatherings? Do cops bother you alot? Places to Avoid? Car heft or Car parts Theft?

Ive only been here for a few months but the Mp's seem to enjoy pulling people over on Gruber rd. i havent heard of alot of car theft but i have heard of alot of cars getting broken into to get the GPS devices and what not.
