| | i'm new to this site, whoever came up with it OUTSTANDING!!!!! everyone on here is welcome to add me as a friend/allie, i'm a proud army vet, and a huge supporter of our men and women in uniform, i know that all the branches like to take shots at each other, which i think is all good clean fun between the services, after all we're all on the same team, but i'll be damned if some one who never had the guts to serve take shots at us!! and to all those fighting in the middle east, you are doing a great job over there in harms way, keep up the good work, you are all heros in my book, i support each and every one of you 100%

| | My name is Shonda, I don't have any military affiliations however my son is a member of the Indiana National Guard. He will be deploying to Iraq within the next month. I joined this site in hopes of making not only new friends but also for support. Im hoping my son will join this website also. I think this website would really be a big help and I won't worry so much. Ive also helped to train some of our finest men and women in the military at Ft Knox

I'm contemplating enlisting either in the Navy or the Air Force. My dad was in the army.
Grew up in Germany (moms german) and after 7 years in England I'm finally back over here living in Stuttgart.
Always up to meeting new people, so if anyone in Germany wants to party, let me know! lol

| | Hi everyone. My name is Lorri. My husband has been in the Army a little over 2 years now and I am still not used to this life, but he has been deployed since Dec. 07. I have had to learn alot on my own and still am. We have 2 children 6 and 1. I am really looking forward to him coming home and finally getting to live with him again. He was deployed not to long after AIT so I never moved to where he was stationed in Hawaii ( but I am so looking forward to that too LOL)

Came back on duty in the National guard to become a commissioned officer (am currently in OCS). Will be commissioned in March 2009.Currently stationed at Ft. Pickett in Virginia. Plan to return to active duty after I commission.

| | Wow..can't believe i didnt introduce myself,,after all the post i put,,i apologize. Hi my name is Ronald and i am 16 year veteran with guard and active duty. Right now i'm in Kosovo. Keeping the peace, I hope it stays that way. Its better than Iraq or Afghanistan. I am glad nobody is shooting at me, like in Iraq. Take care everybody.
