Really depends on good you are, if you a slow player, then buy it, its seems pretty long, lots of funny dialog.
If you one of those like my son who can beat any game in just a few hours, you might want to rent it first to see.
I bought it because I like to play games several times over and over again, first to see how good I can get, then how many times busted, arrested, or whatever.
On San Andreas, I am going for a record on being chased by cops and how much media attention I get. My record is over 12 hours of game time. I want to go for a week, but that might be stretching it.
As for BULLY, its pretty funny at times, but its nowheres as violent as GTA games, no blood, no death, not a lot of cussing either, there is some, but not as much as you would have thought from Rockstar. However, the game does use the GTA engine to run the game on so its pretty good.
I love some of the pranks you can pull, stuffing kids into lockers, flushing there heads in the toilet will bring back some reallly good memories of school. :D
